Cheese Blintzes & Kugel

Cheese Blintzes (baked):

1 1/2 C. water
1 C. potato starch
1 T. butter, melted
16 oz. cottage cheese
8 oz. cream cheese
sour cream
4 eggs
dash salt
1/2 C. raisins
3 T. honey
1 t. cinnamon
opt. chopped nuts

Greased 13 x 9 pan, bake 30 mins.
Garnish with sour cream, strawberry jam, and powdered sugar.

Ed Asner's Kugel (Lou Grant):

12 oz. egg noodles
1/2 C sugar
1 lb. small curd cottage cheese
16 oz. sour cream
8 oz. crushed pineapple, drained or 1 C raisins
1 t. sugar
4 eggs
1/2 t. salt
3/4 C butter, melted
1 r. cinnamon

Bake 350 degrees for one hour in 9 x 13 pan.
