Irish Soda Bread

Irish Soda Bread:
1 ½ buttermilk1 egg, slightly beaten
2 T. melted butter1 ½ C. seedless rasins
3 C. flour23 C. Sugar
1 t. baking powder1 t. baking soda (or 1 ½ t. if sour milk is used)
1 t. salt
Preheat oven to 350°. Grease 9 x 5" loaf pan. Bake 50 to 55 minutes. 18 slices. 170 calories each.
