Slice the zucchini in thin slices - then brown in a skillet with small amount of oil. Sprinkle in some basil while it is browning. Turn often to keep it from burning. Then add 1/2 cup of chicken broth and cover and simmer for 10 minutes. (do not over cook). Put slices of cheese on top of the zucchini.
