Vanilla French Toast

Prep. Time: 5 min.
Cook Time: 6 min.

2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. McCormick Imitation Vanilla Extract
1/2 tsp. McCormick Ground Cinnamon
1 cup milk
2 tbsp. butter
8 slices sandwich bread (Use thick Challah bread slices for French Toast!)

In shallow bowl, combine eggs, sugar, extract and cinnamon. Stir in milk. Heat butter in skillet over medium heat. Dip bread slices, one at a time, into egg mixture, coating well. Drain excess. Place bread in skillet. cook over medium heat 3 minutes per side or until lightly browned. Makes 4 servings.
